I was having an issue with VMWare for one of my clients which was causing my laptop to crash. I called PC Werx and described the issue. Logan said to bring my laptop in. He took a lot of time to figure out what was going on and resolved the issue. Very patient, friendly and lots of perseverance! I brought in my computer on Friday, shortly before the store closing, to get a new hard drive installed. On Saturday morning, I received a call informing me that my computer was ready to be picked up. Now that's service! Just a bunch of solid dudes. Ended up bricking my GPU unbeknownst to me at the time. Called them up in a cold sweat and they offered to take a look at no cost!

Not only that but when I proceeded to buy a new GPU and install it to my despair I could still not boot the PC. They looked at it a second time as well! ( Turns out my display randomly died as well!!!! Yes it was a very bad Friday lol)

I like the fact the this shop is transparent on what is actually going on with my pc and Im also glad that they give you awesome service. The staff were great and kudos to Ryan who put my pc back running again. Thank you!
